Bucharest, Romania. 17th July, 2025: Protest organized by the Declic community outside the Romanian Police headquarters (IGPR) in Bucharest, following the killing of a 22-year-old woman in Lipanesti, Prahova County, by her partner. Demonstrators called for the dismissal of the Prahova County Police Chief, Mihai-Ginel Preda, accusing the police of inaction despite prior complaints made by the victim. A petition signed by over 26,000 citizens was submitted during the protest. The sign reads "The police have their hands stained with blood!"
