| This is a Summer picture of the Herlong Mansion located in Micanopy, Florida in Alachua County. This mansion was built in 1845 as a `Cracker` style house but was transformed in 1910 by Zeddy Clarence Herlong into a brick Greek Revival Mansion featuring four Corinthian Columns. This mansion is a contributing property to the Micanopy Histoeic District which was added to the Natio al Register of Histoeic Places on January 28, 1983. This picture was taken on July 15. 2017. |
