England's highest (above ground) unbroken waterfall set in 15 acres of woodland. Entrance behind the Green Dragon Inn car park via the Heritage Centre and tearoom. A short level ten minute walk to the waterfall with three wooden footbridges and a twenty minute circular walk around the horseshoe upper lip leading to a final bridge overlooking the fall. Please be aware owing to the location at the head of the dale and the distance from the source of the spring, the waterfall is best viewed after reasonable rainfall.
