The Provincial General Terminal(Haizhu Square Wharf) is a passenger ferry terminal located along the the Pearl River in Yuexiu District. It is located near the entrance of Changdi Folk Financial Street, covering an area of about 102.7 square meters. It is named after the former Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions building. This building was originally named 'Yong'an Hall' and was the headquarters of the famous overseas Chinese Hu Wenhu's' Tiger Label Gold Oil '. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, this place was requisitioned as the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Building. In 1996, due to the relocation of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to Yuexiu South Road, it was rebuilt as the Yuexiu District Children's Library in Guangzhou.
