In the council of Piloña there are more than 700 granaries and about 200 paneras registered, but it is the town of Espinaréu that stands out both for its high density, with a total of 20 granaries and 6 paneras, and for its interest, being probably the most exceptional of the traditional heritage sites of Asturias.
