The Botanical Cathedral, post-opera by the artist Giuliano Mauri, the founder of `Art In Nature`. It is an installation made of logs and branches of wood on an area of 1617 square meters, on the banks of the Adda, with 108 wooden columns, with a diameter of 1.20 m each and 18 meters high. Inside, oak trees have been planted, which, when grown, will complete the structure, destined, according to its creator, to become a place of silence and shadow where to walk, reflect and meditate. The Vegetable Cathedral was created with the association Giuliano Mauri, whose directors are the sons of Roberto and Mauro, the Municipality of Lodi, the support of the Lombardy Region, the names of the art and various sponsors. The project was curated by Francesca Regorda. Total cost 300,000 euros. The Triennale of Milan gave the patronage of the work.
