| Stage, Screen and Television actor George Segal in New York City, in this monochrome rendering, during his tenure as a principal cast member in the Broadway play `Art,` in June, 1999. The Oscar nominee and Golden Globe winner enjoyed a prolific 60-year show business career. He was as well, a musician, thoroughly enjoying his side-gig as a singing banjo player with a small band. Segal was known for his comedic roles in `Just Shoot Me,` and at the time of his death, he appeared in the sitcom `The Goldbergs.' Segal died in Santa Rosa, California, on March 23, 2021 at 87 of complications from heart bypass surgery. |
