| The city of Carpinteria which is on the Santa Barbara Coast of California, is well know to surfers and is considered as the 'Worlds Safest Beach'. As a very family oriented beach community, there had long been a city run beach store, for locals and visitors alike, with all the fun kinds of things you would want to buy, or rent for a fun fill day at the beach. Unfortunately the aging trailer was deemed no longer safe and was permanently closed since the 2023 season, and torn down in March 2025. Looking back, this is how it had looked 24 June 2018. |
