The Fishermans Bastion in Budapest, is so named because this stretch of Budas defensive walls was traditionally guarded and maintained by the guild of fishermen. It consists of a meringue-pie arrangement of neo-Romanesque arcades, and towers topped with pinnacled turrets, made out of white stone.
