| June 29, the day of the Saint`s feast, begins with the blessing and distribution of ear of San Paolo and `THE TURN OF BREAD` a small wagon is pulled by hand through the streets of the village by the faithful and collects traditional `cuddure` donut-shaped bread decorated with snakes, which are then blessed and sold in the churchyard.
