| This female Baltimore Oriole just arrived at the feeder at the time I took this picture. I was amazed to see her since it was the first time a girl oriole has ever stopped by my house. I love the contrast of colors the girls have versus the males. The yellows instead of oranges or the lighter blacks. These birds are a migratory species that migrate through my state for only a short period of time. It is such a treasure for us to spot these. This picture was taken from my deck, outside of Pottstown in Pennsylvania. |
