Dorothy Loudon prepares to sign autographs at the Eisenhower Theater at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC in March 1977. She was in previews of the smash musical Annie which won her the Tony Award for her portrayal of Miss Hannigan. She appeared in tv, often in comic roles (The Garry Moore Show). She made numerous Broadway appearances and won a Drama Desk Award for The Fig Leaves are Falling. Loudon died in New York at 78 from cancer on November 15, 2003.
