Dim Sum is a popular Chinese meal for breakfast and lunch. It is mainly a Cantonese style cuisine and is usually served at Hong Kong style restaurants with tea. The meal consists of several kinds of small dishes, mainly dumplings served in bamboo steamer trays. There are also sweets and pastries served. Typically these dishes are rolled in the restaurant in a cart that displays the different dishes. A customer would stop the cart and point to the dish they want and the waiter would lay it on the table and mark the customer`s invoice.
