| While travelling a forest service road high above Chain Lake, near Princeton, BC, we surprised some Blacktail deer resting in a logging slash during mid afternoon. The does, albeit startled by their unexpected visitors, stood, stared momentarily, then bounded down the mountain into the timber. |
