Deep Space Station 43 Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex at Tidbinbilla Canberra, ACT, Australia Largest steerable parabolic antenna in the Southern Hemisphere. Used to communicate with man-made space objects, such as Voyager 2, Cassini, Mars Curiosity Rover and the International Space Station. This parabolic antenna is part of the Deep Space Network in association with NASA and is the largest steerable antenna located the Southern Hemisphere. Used to communicate with space and deep space objects, such as the Voyager, Cassini and the International Space Station. This complex is also the home of Deep Space Station 46 which broadcast the first images of Neil Armstrong walking on the Moon in 1969.
