It stands at the entrance between the outer and inner court inside the Red Fort complex in Delhi, the capital city of India. In Naubat Khana the Musicians would announce the arrival of the emperor and other dignitaries at the court of public audience (Diwan-i-Am). Also played music five times a day at chosen hours |
