| This is a Spring picture of the iconic Coit Tower also known as the Lilian Coit Memorial Tower in Pioneer apark in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, California. The 210 foot stone tower was designed by Arthur Brown Jr., it is an example of Art Deco architecture, it was designed to resemble like a firehose nozzle, it was built in 1933. This tower was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 29, 2008. This picture was taken on April 19, 2018. |
