| A farm combined with a restaurant in the Semai seeding room is the backdrop for a restaurant cafe in the Alam Sutera area, South Tangerang, Indonesia, Friday (17 2 2023). Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), initiated by young farmer Dominique Alexandra, has been running for one year by planting 20 types of food and medicinal plants such as Arugula (spicy), Swiss Chards (earth flavour), Chervils (unique), Viola (edible flowers), Red Veined Sorrels (tamarind) which are harvested six times a month are marketed to various restaurants in Indonesia such as Arugula, Swiss Chards, Chervil, Viola, Red Veined Sorrel, and are the main attraction for visitors to the cafe. |
