| This picturesque home for Edward S Rothchild was built about 1900. Although Edward himself worked in manufacturing and importing clothing, there is still question if he is related to the Rothchild banking family of Europe.
It does have an authentic Tiffany stained glass window, that today alone is worth about one million dollars.
By 1910 it was a boys school, then a restaurant, before becoming the Chateau Bleu Retirement Home for the Elderly.
The last time the building was bought, in 1999, it was converted into two separate condos.
