Ÿul Mic river. The statue is one of the five copies of the Capitoline Wolf made gift to Romania from the Italian state in 1921. Cluj-Napoca commonly known as Cluj, is the fourth most populous city in Romania and the seat of Cluj County in the northwestern part of the country. The city lies at the confluence of the Apuseni Mountains, the Somes plateau and the Transylvanian plain.
