It is one of the author's main works in the city that has been preserved in its entirety. It is eclectic in style and consists of a ground floor and three storeys. The two façades of the building are connected by a circular chamfer of great decorative profusion, with the semicircular arches supported by classicist columns that overlap the window frames, each with a balcony framed by bolstered pilasters. On the second floor, there are freely designed capitals in which the letters M and A appear linked, the initials of the owners: Manuel RodrÃguez RodrÃguez and Angelina BonÃn.The façades are arranged symmetrically through a central towered pavilion and two lateral ones that frame the intermediate sections, although only a part of the façade on Oporto Street was built. The ornamentation is of an ornate Baroque style there is not a single gap in the entire façade without decoration. As is characteristic of this style, the plants are distinguished by a change in the ornamentation of each one of them, false keystones appear, filigrees in the threads of the arches, masks with monstrous faces, garlands, etc.
