| This is a Summer picture of the historic Bok Tower also known as the Singing Tower located in Lake Wales, Florida in Polk County. This 205 foot tall Carillon was designed by Milton B. Medary, it is an example of Gothic Revival architecture, it was constructed 1927-1929. This structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 21, 1972 and declared a National Historic Landmark on April 19, 1993. This picture was taken on July 16, 2018. |
