The Bay of Kotor are a number of inlets of the Adriatic coast of Montenegro, formed by wide valleys interconnected that fit deeply inland. Characterized by deep basins perfectly sheltered from the open sea, the Bay of Kotor are one of the best natural harbors in the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to this feature, together with the easy defensibility, for centuries the Venetians and then the Austro-Hungarian Empire have formed a well fortified as impregnable military naval base. The mouths are named for the city of Kotor, Kotor in Serbia. Framed by leaves on your right, one of the countries that are located along the inland sea at the mouth, taken from the road that runs along the coast.
