| Pictured is the first of three stainless steel sculptures of the Travel Man in Deep Ellum in Dallas, Texas. The first sculpture, called Awakening, features just a portion of the Traveling Man`s head emerging from a pit of gravel as one of his songbird pals looks on. Created by Brandon Oldenburg and Brad Oldham, the sculpture series replaced murals that had to be taken down due to construction of a light rail system at the entrance to Deep Ellum. |
