| A very unique McDonald in Art Deco style of the 1930s is part of Napier`s Art Deco buildings. It was originally a pub and opened in 1869 as the Duke of Edinburgh but was destroyed by fire in 1904. It was rebuild but destroyed again in 1931 by an earthquake, but was then rebuild in Art Deco style. |
