| The building was built in 1867.It is located in Tainan City which located in the southwestern plain of Taiwan. It was set up by British merchants in the 6th year of the Tung Chi reign of the Ching dynasty(1867) to engage in the export of tea leaves,insurance and booking service.It is one of three British foreign shops that has survived to the present time.The shop now exists as a wax museum of Taiwan agricultural history. |
