| Andernach is a small town between Koblenz and Bonn. Old town Andernach is located close to the Rhine and has roots going back to Roman times. Medieval buildings are visible within the town. Sometimes the Rhine flood stretches up into old town, in other more calm years just the waterfront parks are flooded. In 2021 the spring flood was rather calm with slow, even blue flood water. |
